SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping cost is automatically calculated by weight at checkout. There is a shipping weight allowance for extra packaging we use in order to carefully protect your products.
All orders both within Australia and International are sent promptly via Australia Post with tracking numbers. International Express orders require your Phone number to be sent.
Herbs are posted by Express Post only Australia wide but not internationally. Please, select shipping option accordingly at checkout.
We welcome big orders all year round, especially for overseas clients to save on Shipping.
With big orders (1000 pieces), a few weeks may be needed for us to make some new stock. Please, take this into consideration when you plan to place your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be absolutely happy with the products you purchase from us.
Please contact us via email for our authorisation prior to returning any product. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You will however have to pay for Postage.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll also pay the return shipping costs. Please send returns by tracked post where possible.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
